A Short Tour

On entering the  Church take some time to look along the nave towards the chancel and see a Victorian depiction of  St Peter and St Paul, with Christ in the East window.

Walk to the choir stalls and look right towards the Arts and Crafts window in the Thursby Chapel

The Lady Chapel has a fine twentieth century window on the theme of the Annunciation by John Piper of the Annunciation. Notice the slate memorial to Elizabeth Bernard, Shakespeare's grand-daughter.

The Thursby chapel has a grand monument to William Thursby, who carried out a major rebuilding of the church.

Notice the font, pulpit and lectern.

Take some time to sit and reflect and say a prayer. There is a prayer station in the Lady Chapel where you may light a candle and make a prayer request.
